We currently have opportunities within our Commercial Litigation, Construction and Commercial Property teams.
Our Commercial Litigation team is one of the strongest in the region, boasting a national reputation in a range of specialist fields.
As a team, we’ve acted on many high profile reported cases over the years acting for range of clients throughout the UK from individuals to major PLCs.
All applicants must take a commercial approach to their work, have an appetite to succeed and be keen to develop their skills and experiences.
We’re looking to hear from experienced lawyers with circa 4-5 years’ PQE as well as those at NQ level who are seeking to further their careers as part of this ambitious and extremely talented team.
Gosschalks’ construction team is recognised by the legal directories as a leading specialist in both contentious and non-contentious construction work. We have extensive experience of dealing with high-value claims and have an excellent track record of success in high profile cases.
Working alongside a talented team of construction specialists, you will enjoy the challenge of a varied workload acting for a wide range of clients from local SME’s to major national construction companies.
As we enjoy sustained growth in this sector we’re looking for construction law specialists (contentious and non-contentious) to join our team as well as NQs who will have ideally gained experience in construction law during their period or recognised training and who wish to further their career in this sector with a firm that boasts an outstanding track record for personal development.
Our Commercial Property team supports clients and all shapes and sizes throughout the UK including a number of major PLCs. We also have an enviable local client base and a very strong client retention ratio. The majority of our new work comes from recommendation so only those dedicated to outstanding client service should apply.
Requirement: We’re on the lookout for commercial property lawyers with around 3-6 year PQE, particularly those with experience in landlord and tenant, general property estate management work, refinancing work and/or agriculture.
The majority of the partners in this team trained with the firm so great career progression is very much on offer for those with the right attitude towards the job.
